Petco Pooch Wash
When the weather’s warm outside, dogs are romping and rolling and getting dirty. Fido can have a much-deserved bath at the Lawrence Humane Society’s dog wash at Petco (3115 Iowa) in Lawrence. Trained volunteers will give your “best friend” a Saturday bath for only $8. All you have to do is bring your dog to Petco and he/she will come out clean and smelling sweet!
All proceeds benefit the shelter animals at the Lawrence Humane Society. We could also use the help of volunteers at these events -- please e-mail our volunteer coordinator if you are interested.
