Events to Benefit the Shelter Animals
Tuesday, February 7:
10% Tuesdays at the Bird Dog
 The Bird Dog restaurant and bar at The Oread hotel, 1200 Oread Ave., has a special program to help the shelter animals! On the first Tuesday of every month, from 5-9 p.m., 10% of your pre-tax purchase will be donated to the Lawrence Humane Society.
Two hours of free valet parking is provided with food and beverage purchase. No coupon or ticket is required. About the Bird Dog Bar
Monthly Board of Directors Meeting: TBA
The Lawrence Humane Society Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of every month. The first portion of each meeting is alloted for public input. Thinking of attenting? It's helpful if you e-mail us in advance so we can provide sufficient time on our agenda

The Lawrence Humane Society hosts many events throughout the year. These are critical to generate the funds necessary for the continued operation of the shelter and high quality care of the animals. The shelter also holds events to raise awareness of pet care and animal welfare in the community. We sincerely thank the many individuals and businesses for their ongoing support.
